I’m new to raw foods, though I’ve been vegan for a while now and vegetarian prior to that for eons…..mostly transitioning the past few weeks with nothing but excellent results….a little tough on my budget and so I haven’t purchased a blender or dehydrator yet…..overall I’m amazed at how much my body appreciates the raw foods…I don’t feel deprived at all-quite the opposite, I frequently feel overly indulgent, esp without brown rice or pasta as cheap, basic staples….looking forward to sharing my journey into expanded vitality and getting to know y’all….
