it’s not raw but i use it in a product called rawmesan. it has walnuts, sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast, and sea salt. i use it on my zucchini pasta and sprinkle a little on avocados. yum! i found it at our local co-op grocery store. i keep mine in the fridge even though the website says you don’t need to.

It’s not raw, but it’s fermented so it has lots of live enzymes and cultures in it, and it’s rich in B12. It’s important for raw food vegans to get B12 supplements; a lot of people use bee pollen.
It is not raw. You can find it in any health food store.
