Alissa Cohen recipes?

I just went to her website and I was floored by the pictures. I plan to order her book but because we live in Spain, it takes about a millon years to get here from the States (hardly anyone ships internationally). So in the meantime to keep the cravings at bay, does anyone have the flatbread recipe, hamburger and hamburger bun recipe, and sweet canoli recipe on hand? Our tummies will definitely appreciate it :)

Do you have a local library? I got the book through the library for free! Her recipes look very easy!
