sprouted kamut recipes?

Hello, I’m looking for a sprouted kamut recipe that does not require a dehydrator. I also have a little bit of sprouted lentils left if that helps! Thanks in advance.

It could be used to substitute rice. I’ve tossed it with pesto, cherry tomatoes and arrugala – delicious! I also make flat bread with it using either my radiator (still going!!) or my oven on 115
