Tell me what I shoul do with sprouted lentils

I have some ready to use. I have decided that I do NOT like them ground up and made into crackers. Blech. I also do not like them very much added to my salad. They were too strong for me. Maybe in a few months I could tolerate the strong flavor. Do you think they would be good marinated in some olive oil, and sprinkled with salt, and cayenne, and then dehydrated a bit? I had found this recipe on recipezaar called lentil munchies that I LOVED to eat before I was raw. What do you think?? Should I try it? And tell me what you do with them besides toss them in a salad! darn it, I botched my title, and it’s bothering me.

    I haven’t had a problem with sprouted baby green lentils. Were they bitter to you? What did you like?
