All or nothing?

How do you feel about eating all raw or not bothering? I tend to think that some is better than nothing, but have read that if you aren’t 100% it makes a huge difference. I am just starting out and wondering if eating cooked meals here and there is going to wreck the rest of the diet for me.

  • Whew! I feel better knowing I’m not the only one who feels good about moderation. The book I’ve been working from is Alissa Cohen’s Living on Live Food. Part of me thinks that her emphasis on going 100% raw is basically a smart marketing tactic.
