Well last week at track I had a Hypoglycemic episode I was so pale and lethargic..My heart was pounding with the littlest amount of activity.I just about passed out so I went to go and see my doctor. Per her instruction I can eat as much raw as I would like but she wants me to have fish or shrimp and steamed veggies for dinner. Reason being is because I’m training for a marathon and I have only a month left and she feels I need the protein. So for the time being I will be raw all day and add the fish and steamed veggies for dinner. She also mentioned spinrula or something like that I have been using a veggie vitamin powder in my smoothies that I got from live-live.com it has a bunch of stuff in it including the spinrula and I dont think I am spelling this right..Well I’m feeling alot better more energy and I love fish and shrimp so I’m ok with that..is anyone else eating a cooked dinner?

Thank’s for the info I dont feel so bad now maybe I sent my body in to shock trying to go 100% so soon and right before a marathon:)) Is there a way to just buy the coconut water???
misty – I’m new to raw (I think it’s day 53 today) and I am finding that I am not ready for 100% raw. I have found a good balance for me. I am eating raw for breakfast, lunch and snacks, and am eating a healthy cooked meal at dinner (fish, chicken, veggies, etc.). I have eaten SAD up until 53 days ago, so this is a huge change and an amazing shift for me. If only you knew how badly I was eating just recently! Oh boy. Transitions, transitions! It’s all good. Celebrate your successes! :-)
