Sprouting Grains 101

I feel overwhelmed by how to sprout grains. Can anyone point to good references to learn about how to do it? I would like to have more grains in my diet as a staple as opposed to nuts, and just loved the sprouted buckwheats in a raw granola I bought at WF. I think they were sprouted then dehydrated. I need a ‘sprouting for dummies” kinda source, if one exists.

  • Hi chicagomama, here is a link on sprouting in general http://www.goneraw.com/forums/2/topics/5133 in my experience, sprouting is much easier than everyone thinks. I have had only one bad experience and that was from oat grain that I have now learned are already cooked. Check this link then go to the sprout people.
