I don’t think there is anything in Oakland itself but go one city east to Berkeley and you will do better!
Cafe Gratitude, Vital Ital Calabash (vegan restaurant but has many raw entrees and smoothies – I was just there the other day – amazing cacao smoothie) and Raw Energy Juice Bar.
