i noticed that awhile ago. i was low on iron so you may want to check to see if you are getting enough. dried fruits like apricots and raisins, pumpkin seeds, and wheatgrass as well as other dark leafys are good for iron.
if in doubt, eat A LOT more greens. but if it is worrying you, i’d seek out a GOOD naturopath. sometimes other people notice things in our behavior and diet that we don’t even think about cuz they seem so familiar…
