I am not sure what it’s from. yesterday i went to a picnic with a bunch of little kids there. there was lots of fruit but some was not organic or washed. i did not really combine fruits well. kids put their hands on it and they may not have been very clean. i had melon with other fruit, etc. my stomach started hurting right after i came home and i was pretty gassy.
today it was out anniversary and we went to a new raw foods restaurant i had never been too. i’m sure it was all pretty high fat. my stomach felt awful after it and then i came home and got even sicker. i had loose stools and most of cramping and gas. i tried some tummy comfort tea and water and later a banana to see if it would settle down. nope, it just keeps getting worse. it feels like i have tons of gas inside me and it tries to come out through burping, etc but then builds up again. i am getting bad cooked food cravings too. i haven’t had those at all lately. i am not sure if i have a virus or bad reaction to something that was not organic or just too much fat today or what.
any other ideas for relief? i am going to get some ginger tea. i’m trying not to eat while i feel sick but for some reason i feel very hungry.
