How to store Cacao Butter, Paste & Nibs

Does anybody know how to “Properly Store Cacao Butter, Cacao Paste and Cacao Nibs?”

I have the nibs in the refrigerator. I was going to put the Cacao butter and paste in there BUT I got nervous, thinking about how chocolate would turn white in the fridge if kept in there for any long period of time. So they are sitting on my counter top.

    I checked with a few sites that sell these products and some say “Refrigeration or storage in a cool, dry place (out of direct sunlight) is recommended, yet not required required” while others say “Store in a cool, dry place.” I keep mine in my pantry…but since I “uncook” for 4 adults,we usually go through it before it has time to even think of going bad or stale or whatever it would tend to do over time.
