Juice fast

I am in two day of a week long juice fast, which I have never done before.I am doing this as lately I have been sneaking in sugar and bread and want to break that addiction.Anyway I feel just awful, I was expecting to have headaches and such but I feel so weak in my legs and arms and just want to sleep. I was expecting to feel more energised but I just feel awful. When can I expect to start feeling more energetic?

Thanks bitt, I have never been able to acess that site due to it taking forever to load and me losing patience. However am looking at it now finally. Hopefully it wil have some answers!
