hi everyone,
last night (as usual on Thursdays, because I pick up my daughters from my parents’ house and they all have eate already) I normally do not have dinner.. so later on I felt very hungry and yes I fell off the wagon and ate half a bag of paprika chips and 4 sandwiches with goat cheese… ooohhh..( it wasn’t even nice, didn’t like it really but couldn’t stop eating)
Now I am at work and feeling bloated and terrible and I am surprised because it is only a month (today!!) that I went raw and my body is already telling me that what I have eaten is no good for it.
So this is a lesson for me.. I will take an apple now and have lots of waters and hope the the bloated feeling will disappear soon.
