hard wheat berries

Oy vey, I bought some of these for rejuvelac and apparently these are the wrong ones?? I need ‘soft’ wheat berries or rye berries? Can anyone confirm? Now what the heck do I do with the hard wheat berries? ps I do not have a dehydrator..

    You could crack them in your processor, then soak them over night. The next day cereal. If they are to hard for you, let them soak until night. rinse, add fruit, cinn. sweetening, nut milk.

    I don’t make Rejuvelac, but, “The Complete Book Of Raw” said to use spring wheat. Whether it is soft or hard I don’t know.
