Depends on the store… some middle eastern markets and natural food stores may have packaged garbanzos that sprout. I’ve sprouted garbanzos from the bulk at whole foods. They are pretty easy to sprout….make sure you rinse often. Happy sprouting!
Almost all dry garbanzos are raw and will sprout. They’re not traditionally heated for processing. LIke om said, rinse often, yes.
