Delights of the Garden by Imar Hutchins…anyone read this cookbook? I got it from my library yesterday, it’s quite interesting. In the back there is a whole section devoted to breaking down micro nutrients of vitamins and minerals. It’s not a 100% raw vegan cookbook but it is mainly raw. A cool book IMO.

    I have not read that cookbook. I do wish I could say the same thing about my garden. We are moving to Iceland and we all have been VERY VERY busy. My garden is a DISASTER. I wanted to be spending $20.00 a week on food because I would be living off my garden, now all I get is greens and zucchini. I really need to get out there with the weed eater and lawn mower, mow it all down and fix it up a little bit.

    shgadwa – Iceland? That’s amazing! Like heathermarsbomb I would love to just get to visit Iceland, but to move there (or Germany, or England, or Australia) is a dream for me!
