Is sprouting really important?

Is sprouting really important? is it different than just soaking something? if so whats the difference? .. and if i didnt sprout would things be not as good for me? or would the recipes turn out different?

  • Yes, you can always make things just soaked, not sprouted. The recipe might taste slightly different, and it will have less nutrition than if sprounted, but it will still be good and good for you.
