FOOD COMBINING AND 80/10/10

Hi. I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good website to read about both things. I’m more interested in food combining, but i’d like to also understand what the 80/10/10 is. If anyone has a great book about food combining, i’d be interested in that too. Seems that something i’m eating (or not eating) is bothering my stomach lately, so i want to learn about proper food combining and see if i can do it for a while to see if i feel better. Thanks!!

Are you still on your water fast? If so, good luck to you! I give you a lot of credit for doing that! If i didn’t have a 4 year old, i’d be right there with you!!!

    El-bo – thank you, this is great info. I read through most of it and I have to print some of it once i get home (I’m visiting my parents right now). I have to also print out a list of foods that fall under each category so that i know i’m doing it properly. Once i do all of this, i think i’ll be okay!!! With 80/10/10, can you tell me what the general idea is – what the 80/10/10 stands for. Thanks!!!

  • 80% carbs (from fruit)

    10% protein

    10% fat

    from raw, fresh , ripe, organic plants..making sure to get enough calories in to fuel your daily requirements

    listen to these…but you really need to read the book to really do justice to the theory and yourself
