Spirulina vs E3 Live. difference?

hello all. I was wondering what the difference between Spirulina and E3 Live is. I currently have both and dont want to go overboard with the blue-green algae if they both are pretty much the same thing. (Im new to RAW food diet so Im a bit confused here).

you know-I was researching this awhile back. Try searching E3 Live in forums and maybe it will come up. It must’ve been around April of this year. I never did get the E3. I tend to avoid very expensive supplements. The people that take it seem to love it.
