Spirulina vs E3 Live. difference?

hello all. I was wondering what the difference between Spirulina and E3 Live is. I currently have both and dont want to go overboard with the blue-green algae if they both are pretty much the same thing. (Im new to RAW food diet so Im a bit confused here).
