in making nutter butters and using the homogenizing (sp?) attachment, i’ve found that it makes into more of a doughy consistency than the vitamix. just run the nuts through the juicer with some oil.
Why not try the Spinach-stuffed meat loaf?
Please, anyone? I really want to make some nut loaf but I don’t know how to do it without the attachment.
Does anyone have any good recipes that do not acquire this?
I think the homogenizer is just to blend it together into dough – smoother than using a food processor.Try it in the Vita-mix, though. That would probably work; just be careful it doesn’t get too hot.
