Alternatives to dehydrating


i found a fantastic looking recipe on Spinach stuffed meatloaf. But i don’t have a dehydrator (this is the first time i’ve heard of people using them to cook).

is there an alternative? can i try baking this recipe?…

  • Just looked over the recipe. There is no cooking involved. It is basically getting the loaf a bit firm and warm. I have heard people using an oven. Turn it on to 200 degrees, just to get it hot. Then turn it off, open the door and put in the loaf. You would have to reheat and turn off the oven each time a procedure needed to be accomplished.
