Raw vacation costa rica ?

I want to take my 17 year old son on a raw vacation in feb of 2009. He has a terrible SAD diet. I took him to PR @ the Ann Wigimore Inst. last feb and he did pretty well but he needs a refresher course. I want it to be fun,educational and healthy I was thinking about Costa Rica does anyone have any contacts either a Raw family with xtra rooms or a raw food prep retreat in Costa Rica or any other tropical location not to far we just have a week and r coming from NY.
