Can ya’ll share with me what your average daily intake of food and beverage is? I’m trying to lose weight and I think I may be eatin something wrong, cause it dosent seem like im loosin any. Thank you

    are you on rawfu? I have a food long on there. But typically, here’s what I have.

    am: green smoothie, fruit, maybe some raw granola or something lunch: big salad, flax cracker or nut or seed pate. fruit for dessert snack: fruit, raw chocolate (!), or veggie juice dinner: another big salad, or raw soup-type thing. raw dessert (containing either nuts or coconut oil)
