i like dehydrated zucchini chips. there are some good recipes in the recipe section. I make mine with a small dash of olive oil, dash sea salt, and a good sprinkling of dill. The dill makes them really tasty
I could only wish to have an abundance of zucchini’s. lol. ive juiced them before. good stuff. I also use zucchinis for spaghetti. you can use a basic peeler for wider flatter noodles. if you dont have the more advanced gizmos. or for fast basic- you can “half moon” cut them and have chunks of tomatoes with fresh basil, olive oil, and sea salt. or you can even string them up your self with a knife and make them look all pretty in a wrap of some sort. I am big into guacamole wraps with alfalfa sprouts underneath the guac. so the nori wrap doesn’t get soggy. or you can use collard green leafs as wraps.
