Is anyone interested in getting a raw apartment in NYC area?

My name is Mark and I was wondering if anyone was interested in getting an ‘affordable’ raw apartment in the nyc area (Jersey City, Queens, etc.). I think it would be great to have a supportive community where I lived.

If I still lived in NYC I’d be all over it! :) There’s a slight chance I might move back in a few months, who knows. I’d look into Brooklyn too btw, it’s my fave borough. There’s still alot of affordable rents in livable hoods there if you look hard enough. South Slope (the south side of Park Slope) is nice, and in close proximity to the coolness of Park Slope, where there’s alot of community gardens and Prospect Park, as well as a few natural food co-ops IIRC, and greenmarkets.

I miss NYC!
