Texture of green popcorn?

For those who have made the green pop corn. I would like to know what is the texture like after dehydrating? Mine gets chewy. Right or wrong?

I had the very same question, and the consensus was that yes, it gets chewy, not crunchy. I think the post was called “question about dehydration… help!”... from last night.
