Dehydrating question

I’m currently dehydrating some kiwis, bananas, mangos, and some galicy/salty kale chips. Should I dehydrate these seperately? Will the garlic spread to the fruit and throw the taste off?

  • It has been bad for me. I have had to throw a lot out.

  • I always have to dehydrate them seperately, sweet and savory will intermingle and get messy!
