soaking dried fruits and veggies

I just tried to make a raw ketchup recipe that is on this site with sundried tomatoes and raisins. I soaked the tomatoes for 2 hours but not the raisins and the mixture was not wanting to properly blend! Did I need to soak the tomatoes longer and should I have soaked the raisins as well?

  • I have not made the ketsup from this site, but I would soak the raisins and maybe the tomatoes a bit longer.If it still doesn’t blend well add a bit of water or apple juice.
