Well, I can tell you I eat them whole every year..seeds and all. Yup, their fine. No difference between ground seeds than whole! I was going to post a really good breakfast recipe using concord grapes in the next week.
Thanks! Looking forward to your recipe. I had my first concord grape a few weeks ago at Whole Foods, and I couldn’t believe the amazing sweet juicy jelly texture of them! I’m going to a local farm to pick some this weekend. :)
I use 3/4 cup of whole seeded grapes of all varieties daily in my morning fruit smoothie… Keep them in the freezer and toss them frozen into the blender with the other ingregients… Totally delicious and so nutritious!!!
