I’m not 100% raw myself so don’t mind using a good mustard(I usually like it with the seeds, vinegar and few other ingredients) but not sure how others feel about it. I have been getting back into eating more raw and going to more potlucks again, would like to be able to make mustard so I can use it some of my recipes.
I am interested in making my own mustard to use in dressings and such. I had vinegar, have some mustard seed(no dried mustard in my cabinet I know of) but not sure where to go from there. Does anyone have any good recipes, preferably ones that you know will work and recommend.

Thanks, I did see the recipe for Dijon Mustard and that seems close to something I’d like to try and uses the actual seed and not the powder. Not sure why but I’ve just never been a real fan of mustard powder for flavor(except for a good wasabi but that’s another story).
Blueyz` I haven’t yet made any mustard but have always enjoyed using it when I was a SAD eater… Here are some recipes from our goneraw site…
