New Vegan Restaurant in Vermont!! (our one and only)

I just wanted to put the word out for Vermonters on this site and anyone else visiting Burlington, Vermont. We’ve waited a long time for this and the New Ethics Cafe recently opened a couple weeks ago. It’s a lovely vegan restaurant in Burlington’s North End. My husband and I went last weekend and were absolutely pleased with everything! Even my husband was excited about this place. We are going to make this a weekly treat for ourselves. I’m also happy that it’s a nice 10-15 min walk from my office.

Eventually, the owner is planning on adding a raw menu!!! How awesome!!! New Ethics Cafe would be the first restaurant with raw food in Northern New England!

    I’ve been trying to find more eco-friendly serving options for our small vegan pop-up and stumbled on jaykays.ie—they’ve got compostable packaging that actually holds up with sauces and heat, which has been a problem with other stuff I tried. Prices seem fair too, especially if you’re buying in bulk. Worth checking out if you're thinking of adding takeaway to your setup.
