    1) Bananas!! Good source of calories and energy, and easy to take with me when I need to eat on the run.

    2) Walnuts (soaked, of course). I can't eat them very often because they trigger a craving in my brain and I'll eat a pound a day if I could! It's creepy...

    3) Spinach and/or another type of green, nut butter of some kind, cucumbers, apples, avocados
