Losing Weight Quickly

Hi, I have lost around 13 pounds in last 4 weeks.

That’s about 3 pounds per week, is this too fast??

I am male , 6’2” and went from 205 to 192lbs.

My BMI is 24.6, so I just squeak into normal body weight now.

I’m not 100% raw, maybe 40-50%.

What should I do if i want to slow the weight loss down?? Eat lots of meat (just kidding…)



  • ideal weight loss is 1 to 2 lbs a week…you must be careful not to lose weight quickly as it puts enormous stress on your liver/gallbladder. Perhaps slow weight loss by adding my good fats, i.e. nuts, avocados, etc.

  • I wouldn’t worry about 3-4 pounds per week at your height/size. If you were five foot two, it would be a different story.
