Hi y'all! I'm PrairieGirl (although most call me PG) from Western Canada. I've tried my hand at the vegetarian and raw foodist lifestyle in the past, and although I loved it, I missed all my yummy cooked foods as I'm a huge cooking/baking nerd.
I'm here to get some inspiration on how to incorporate some raw food into my diet while I still enjoy nightly dinners with my meat & potatoes hubby. Also, now that I'm pregnant, I really want to start my munchkin off on the right baby step by not loading up my body with unnatural foods, preservatives, chemicals, and sugar (although I have a huge sweet tooth...eeep!).
So, I'm going to explore the site but I first wanted to say a big hello!!!
