Hello,
Ok the last week i have been eating 100% raw instead of about 80% and i have been feeling good, and been in a better mood e.t.c.
But..
I have also been looking like shit and getting worst as the days have gone on.
Today i had to go for an interveiw and was not happy going because i thought i looked so bad.
So what do you do if you are feeling good ,but LOOK so so bad ?
Im looking real skinny , my face is all sunk in, not in a - wow that guy is looking FIT. But in an unhealthy way.
I look to thin and weak.
I have been eating lots of greens and fruit by the way, dark kale and fruit salads has been my meals.
Any comments ?

Disclaimer: I have no experience with this but...
From what I've read Kale is hard to digest in anything other than small amounts. I would add in some other greens.
If you're thin and weak, you're not eating enough food. What is your daily diet like? Fat, calories, that sort of thing.
