Can you freeze Vegan Whipped cream?

I just made some coconut cashew cream for a potluck this Friday. I was wondering if it was necessary to freeze it, or if it will last until Friday. Also, can I freeze it and thaw it without losing its creamy texture?

I also froze some cinnamon rolls for which I found the recipe on this site. I thought it would be okay to dehydrate those the night before the potluck. Same question for the rolls - can I freeze it and dehydrate it and "renew" it?
