Raw Birthday Cake suggestions!?

Hello!!!

My dad's b-day is coming up (the 8th) and I would like to make him a reallyyyyy nice Raw cake!!

Any suggestions!?

There are SO many nice ones out there (especially on Carmella's blog!!:) so is there any you would recommend me that you've tried!?

Btw, not chocolate please!!! as I haven't got any cacao...

But I've just received my order of Raw cashews, Raw macadamia nuts and coconut butter!
