Ok. Completely new, I know this is only my third day or so, but I've been eating mostly raw, and man I can feel it!
I am sleeping deeper, meaning I wake up when I'm not tired anymore instead of just whenever and feeling terrible!
I hopped out of bed this morning, which I haven't done in awhile, which I used to ALWAYS fly out of bed.
I am craving green smoothies again, finally:)
I feel lighter and less fogged up already.
I don't want sugar, which is incredible!
It's hard NOT to be raw when you feel so much better.
I know it's only been three days or so, but wow. Thank you for all the support again, I just don't want to fall off the wagon again. If I do though, I know I'll run after it!
