Oh my. Ok, this has cane sugar, guys. I freely admit that. BUT, it has a grand total of three ingredients: cocoa paste, cane sugar and vanilla. AND it uses a cold production process.... I talked to the people who own the store where I bought it - they actually WATCHED the entire process from start to finish last year (and had an 8 course meal made with this chocolate) and told me that the chocolate doesn't get over 90-something degrees. :-) So if you can handle the cane sugar, this is a raw chocolate bar that isn't marketed as raw chocolate... and oh my is it FANTASTIC! Totally worth the $7/bar. I can't wait to go buy more. Anybody else tried this??
