Gingerbread Cookies

I'd really like to make raw gingerbread cookies for my family during the holidays. Does anyone have a good recipe to share that does not include a food dehydrator? Thanks a lot.

yes, but unfortunately it uses a dehydrator, which i do not have.

i think if you're oven has a low enough setting you can use that instead.
