I know I have the URL to a simpler online conversion somewhere, but I can't find it. A Google search yielded this one, which seems to work well. Also, a traditional cookbook usually has a conversion chart.

EDIT: Finally found it. Metric / English Conversion Chart. Hope one or the other (or maybe both) will prove useful.
