A few questions from a newbie to Young Coconuts...
Next week I plan on buying my first Young Coconut (I can hardly wait!!!), and I've already got a list of recipes that I want to try after I've tasted it. However, I would like a few questions answered, if possible!
1. How much liquid, on average, do you get from one Young Coconut?
2. How much meat, on average, do you get from one Young Coconut?
3. Are Young Coconuts better in some way than regular coconuts?
4. Will the flesh of a Young Coconut freeze well if I don't want to use it right away?
