Best dressing ever?

In December’s issue of VegNews, there is a recipe for what Daryl Hannah calls the Best Dressing Ever. With so many ingredients to taste, there is probably a lot of variation with the dressing. Problem is, every time I’ve tried to make this, it turns out absolutely horrible. Anyone tried this one with success? If so, what were the quantities for the other ingredients?

Ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • sea salt, fresh grated ginger ginger, crushed garlic and agave (to taste)

  • OK, let make this taste better here.

    - 1/2 cup xtra virgin olive oil - 1/2 clove of garlic (large) - juice of a 1/4 lemon - 1 tsp raw honey or agave - little bit of sea salt - and water until desired consistency

Try it out and tell me what you think :)

  • I whipped this up for lunch today. Much, much better than I was making. Thanks! I can’t believe the difference. I think I was assuming that I needed way too much garlic and lemon.
