Date water?

Hi all,

Just wondering if it is a-ok to use the date water left over from soaking dates to sweeten green smoothies and other recipes. it just seems like such a waste, and it is o so sweet!

Yes it is fine, I sometimes just drink it!

I agree, it tastes really good and I prefer using it as a sweetener to anything else. It's really light!
