I like the simple ones:
1 banana
1 cup of frozen cheeries
3/4 C. Almond milk
1 tsp. cacoa
Or
1 banana
1 Frozen banana
1 Tbs. Almond butter
3/4 C. almond milk
tomatoes 4-6
ginger one inch
lemon whole but peeled
ACV tablespoon
aloe vera tablespoon to 1/2 cup
parsley handful
carrot large or 2 small
cayenne to taste, I use a lot
Chia seed 2tablespoons
seeds or nuts 1/2 cup
cup of water
tons of Kale or Spinach (fill blender to top)
If too savory then add 4-6 dates
Kale, dulse, parsley, cucumber, celery, hemp seed, maybe some avocado.
