soy protein powder?

so im newish to the raw food diet and am wondering is it OK for a rawist to use soy protein powder? if not what can i use to maintain muscle strength. im an advent weight lifter and dont want to lose size so any ideas?

    All foods have enough percentage of protein that you would need; if you get enough calories, you get enough protein.

    If you want EXTRA protein, you can find raw sprouted rice protein, barley protein, and hemp protein.

    I use hemp protein powder, maca powder, mesquite powder, bee pollen, and various nuts, and nut butters for my main protein sources. They seem to work wonders for me since I need the extra kick as I swim laps everyday.

    Soy protein is a kind of plant protein, and its amino acid composition is similar to milk protein.
