Not at all... if anything, i find that it helps me out a lot! I'm doing one right now too but i'm trying to figure out how long i'll be doig it for b/c of commitments that i have... i hope i can keep going!!!
I think that's a great time to start, but make sure you are getting your iron and B vits. I recommend you include some green juice or even some green smoothies, especially kale. Plums and apricots also have iron in them.
