Okay, so I'm doing an ayurevedic detox, and I'm not sure if I spelled that right or not btw, and I need help! The herbs I am supposed to take are awful and I threw them up this morning. Is it okay to put them into my kitchari soup? I'd love any input from anyone who has ever any ayurevedic detoxing!
