buckwheat groats?

I'm trying to use up a jar of sprouted buckwheat groaties, so I've been tossing a handful or so on top of my morning bowl of chopped fruit and banana 'mylk'.

i've had no problem digesting them, but am unsure about adding grains to my diet even if they're raw and sprouted. do you eat them? what are your arguments for/against?
